Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to product weight and your address. We charge actual shipping charges by the carriers and do not markup shipping costs above what we are charged.

Free shipping offers made throughout this Web Site are within the U.S.A. only and by USPS media mail. Free shipping charges are withheld from refunds if product is returned for refund under our return policy.

It may take up to 72 hours for one standard Bible imprinting to be done and longer for special imprinting orders.

Although we do our best, items may not ship the same day ordered. Contact us if delivery date is critical when selecting an option other than standard shipping.

Within the United States:

If shipping is free, we will usually ship by USPS Media Mail, but may use other methods at our choosing. Media Mail usually takes 4 to 10 business days to arrive, depending on where you live.

Media mail delivery confirmation allows us to check when a package was delivered. Not necessarily when it will be.

Shipping to International Addresses

We are sorry, but we are not able to ship to international addresses. Most of our products are carried by Amazon Canada and Amazon UK.

When will my order arrive?

To find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider that your order may not ship on the day it was ordered, though we do our best to pack and ship quickly, as well as the shipping option you select.

For instance, many items on our site ship within 2 to 3 days. If you select standard shipping for U.S. shipments, your shipping time will be 4 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 2 days (packing and ship) + 4 to 7 days (shipping time). So, you can expect to receive this item at your front door 6 to 9 days after you place your order.

Can My Order Items Be Sent Separately?

If you order more than one item and one of the items you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail. You will be given the following options: Please wait until the entire order is ready before shipping (minimizes shipping cost). Please note that we may occasionally send your items in separate boxes even if you choose to wait until all items are available. This will not affect your shipping charge.

Please ship the items I ordered as they become available (at extra shipping cost). This option is particularly useful if you have ordered items with widely different availability. We will make every effort to send similarly available items together, though we cannot guarantee it.

Can you ship an order to an address other than the billing address?

In some cases. The billing address must match the billing address of the credit card used.
