When we charge your credit card:
For Downloadable files, unlock keys and other electronic products we don't ship - We charge your credit card at the time you make the purchase.

For all other shipped print or software products - An authorization is applied to your credit card, which may appear as a pending charge, but we don't charge your credit card until we ship your order.

Acceptance and Verification - We reserve the right to review all orders for accuracy and will notify you if a correction is needed.

Availability- After we have received your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any items in your order are out of stock.

Sales Tax - Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of California.

Your Account - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, and computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use the our site only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

Payment Information

Using a Credit Card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Our online system uses the industry standard secure server layers (SSL). This technology encrypts all order information that travels over the Internet. 

Using a check or postal money order

We do accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders.

To pay by check, simply go through the purchase process on our web site but print the payment page of the order process. This is the page where you are asked to select a form of payment. Mail the printed page with your check or money order for the total amount to the address provided there.

We only accept postal money orders and checks in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank.

Using a check will slow down your order. We don't process your items until your check is received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear the bank. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order two to three weeks.

If you are purchasing downloadable files, unlock keys and other electronic products we don't ship, you must provide an email address we can use to contact you.
