Refund policy
Returns
Products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of product. If your product is defective, please see below for more information.
Sale pricing changes as we promote different products at different times. If you purchased a product that goes on sale within 30 days of your purchase, you may contact us to receive a credit for the difference. However, if you received free shipping because of the price paid, and if the sale price of the product no longer exceeds the free shipping threshold, shipping will be deducted from the credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Downloadable software products and software unlock keys
- Discounted products marked as Damaged at time of purchase
- Products that were imprinted may not be returned for a refund
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged, or for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provide a shipping label. We will withhold from your refund our standard shipping charge for items returned that were shipped to you free of shipping charges.
Timeline for refunds
It usually takes 7 business days after we receive the product for your return to be processed and a credit to appear on your statement.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the product is in original condition, a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Defective or damaged items
We will replace items if they are defective beyond the 30-day return period or if damaged when you receive it from us. If you received a defective or damaged item, send us an email including images of the defect or damage, the copyright page, and proof of purchase. If a replacement is approved, we will provide a return label for you to ship the product to us.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be provided to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will know about your return.
